The Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP) is a document containing a record of the procedures, actions and commitments which will be taken to compensate the people and households impacted by the Project, consistent with the laws of Albania, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s (EBRD) and International Finance Corporation (IFC° applicable environmental and social policies.

The Guideline for Land Acquisition and Compensation (GLAC) outlines in simple terms the procedure applied by Voltalia to calculate the compensation value for land acquisition and impacts to livelihood related to the project.

This LRP has been prepared by Steyn Reddy Associates (SRA), in close collaboration with and on behalf of Voltalia S.A, and its wholly owned Albanian subsidiary, Karavasta Solar sh.p.k (Voltalia).
